We were able to buy prepainted body panels, but after that I avoided any paint schemes that a local painter would have a hard time redoing. I thought our little car port was neat until the water started to flow through in the middle of the night. The next night we parked in a slightly higher shared parking area. Back in 2005 when the price of prepainted body panels were not crazy high like they are now the repair bill was over $9,000. With today's prices the bikes would probably be totaled. Zitat von M3M im Beitrag #18 No, the small foot on the right side of the centerstand broke through the thin chipseal surface and feel to the right. The nose of that bike hit the back of the other bike and it also feel to the right. The same thing can happen if you use the centerstand on soft ground or new hot blacktop.

This is the reason to go black.... or just ‘customise’ your bike harlquinesque to make it look like it was intended to be that way.
