Why? It's taken me two years of ownership, but I've finally done it. I've worked out what all the buttons do, and how all the TFT screen settings work.

I simply can't go through that again.

For me it is twice a year when I have to change the clock to account for "Standard" and "Daylight Savings" time.

With climate change, I've almost considered learning how to change the clock. Back in the day, the time occurred during the off-season. As is, when I take the bike in for the annual services, the mechanics seem to set the time at some random value 5 to 15 minutes forward and I live with that for a year.

I�m in year 4 and still discovering features and settings, although with some of them I�m sure it�s more like a rediscovery as I sometimes think ahh that�s were that setting is!
I must admit I occasionally think about swapping it for something different although not really looking, but think it would be a big challenge to find anything as flexible.
The only minor issue with the bike is wind noise, changed windscreen etc put the tubular bars on, changed helmets, change ear protection, it�s now much better, but went out on my old 1997 VFR 750 last week and the first thing I noticed was how quiet it was🤔

I fitted tubular bars (Wunderlich) and an MRA Vario screen. I found that screen to be a big improvement. I find my RS quieter than my previous bikes - Triumph Speedmaster, Guzzi V7. I have no intention of changing this bike, it's perfect for me. I'll look at the 1300, if and when, but in the meantime, it suits me fine,
